WEATHERZONE &
WEATHERZONE PLUS+
Weatherzone is a free app which gives updates on current conditions and Weatherzone plus+ gives more detailed information on the weather with 3 hourly forecasts and is mainly used by people who work outdoors. Both apps are great and I use the on a regular basis to check out the weather when I am on the go. Weatherzone provides accurate and essential weather information for my current location and any other location which I have entered. I am able to monitor humidity, rain, wind along with temperature which are great when you’re planning a day out with the family or like me work outdoors at the airport and need to know whether I have to take my wet weather gear to work. With 7 day and UV forecasts in over 2000 Australia locations and 1800 International locations, Weatherzone plus+ has additional features such as the inclusion of warnings and synoptic maps. Both apps can be used with Android and iPhone’s, however the only benefit of having the iPhone app is that there are a few more features available with Weatherzone plus+. So if you have an Android you probably wouldn’t want to fork out the $1.99 for Weatherzone plus+.
All the cool features for Weatherzone plus+ such as lightning data, national video forecast, tide charts, moon rise and moon set, you’ll need an iPhone to check them out. If you just want to check out what the temperature is going to be like stick to Weatherzone, it is free, has very little bugs and provides enough information on current conditions. If you’re interested in the weather, are an avid fisherman, work outdoors or just simply want the information that Weatherzone plus+ can give you then you will enjoy using both apps, I know I find the information useful on both.
