Plague Inc
The apocalypse is now and you are in control. In this highly
enjoyable game which goes for $0.99 on the app store you get to play this
strategy game in which you bring about the end times and wipe out the world’s
population.
You get to choose what type of disease will plague the world
and then using strategies through which countries to start in and which traits
you should develop in order to create the most effective super virus possible.
It has stunning graphics and a multitude of scenarios that you will find
yourself in during gameplay.
The primary reason we recommend this game is due to the
realistic nature of gameplay and the artificial intelligence that it displays.
This brings about a new challenge every time you play.
Plague Inc. has received rave reviews from a variety of
sources and it’s worth is proven in both the number of downloads and high
reviews it has received on the app store.
If you’re after some enjoyable and hyper-realistic strategy
gaming then the plague inc app comes highly recommended.
Smart Phones
As we have already discussed in our blog, smart phones are a not now a want in our lifestyle, they are a need. Mobile phones have now become a fundamental instrument to all occupations and facilities around the world. We have many different needs for smartphones, to keep in touch with our loved ones, to meet new people, to stay connected in social media etc.
Social Media and Dating is my topic today, as mobile phones are now providing us with “apps” available that will allow you to create an online profile to meet new people. As we know a massive percentage of the world uses facebook and other social media websites, this is why apps are constantly updated so we have the best forms of communication available. Dating apps now allow us to create a profile which allows us to keep in touch with people with similar characteristics and hobbies. This is now at the tip of your fingers where back in the day, they were newspaper ads or posters in local shops tagged as “looking for”. Technology has once again allowed us to create the opportunity to keep in touch even when we are not at home on computers, laptops etc
Live Traffic NSW:
Live Traffic NSW:
Who hates sitting in peak hour traffic? I know I do. You
need to download the Live Traffic app for iphone, this app is my guardian
angel. This app would benefit so many people, as it gives you information
regarding the level of traffic on each road. The best thing about this app is
that it helps you avoid accidents and heavy traffic and will give you an idea of
your best run home from work!
Live traffic NSW app gives you a LIVE webcam image of the
major roads all across Sydney to give you an idea of maybe taking another route
to get home. For me when I’m leaving uni each afternoon as I’m walking to my
car I quickly suss out whether I should be using the freeway or the back way
home depending on the webcam.
Accidents are reported instantly and uploaded for your
convenience, and it even tells you road work details such as reduced speeds
etc. To have information like this available at the tip of your fingers is just
another example of how amazing our technology really is!
Lost On Campus:
Lost On Campus:
Who even thinks of things like that? Its genius, an app as
such allows students to be punctual to class if ever running late or if they
have exams in different rooms they are not going to be lost and looking around
helplessly. Any uni student would benefit from this app because not only does
it point to class rooms it also directs you to food courts, shops, information
desks, careers advisors etc.
Keek
The app that is currently being used all over the internet
is “keek” this is used by users and celebrities worldwide to be able to blog
their movements. This app involves a short 20-60 second video which is often
used by people travelling or just keeping a daily entry about what their day
included.
Keek allows friends and family to follow your movements and
video blogs by subscribing to your profile which includes an email notification
to your phone once someone has uploaded a video. This app is perfect for new
bloggers as it is basically a simple form of communication to keep a diary
entry about what each day’s activities were.
Celebrities use this app to get into touch with their
supporters and fans, it makes you feel a connection between the person
conducting the video and yourself as it is a personal form of communication.
